Background & Experience

Ms. Carriere joined NAI/Merin Hunter Codman in 2025 as a Senior Property Accountant. She brings over 14 years of real estate accounting experience, having been a Residential Property Accountant with Morguard, and more recently a Property Accountant with SROA Capital LLC (Storage Rentals of America). She has worked with residential, storage, and office, and holds Master’s degrees in both Taxation and Accounting.

Education

Ms. Carriere holds a Master of Science in Accounting and Financial Management from Keller School of Graduate Management at DeVry University and a Master of Science in Taxation from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
