Background & Experience
Mr. Tomback joined NAI/Merin Hunter Codman in 2024, bringing over three decades of distinguished commercial real estate experience. Throughout his career he has demonstrated leadership and success in roles such as Director of Leasing, Senior Property Manager, and Senior Vice President of Operations for prominent firms including Fitzgerald Property Management, In-Rel Properties, Berger Commercial Realty Corp, and LouJA Realty. Mr. Tomback has managed portfolios from 800,000 to 1.3 MSF, leased over 3 MSF and assisted in the disposition of over 2 MSF of office, retail and industrial assets valued at more than $250 million dollars. His clients have included MassMutual, CB Institutional Funds, Lincoln National Life Insurance, A.E.W., TCW., G. William Miller and Company, and LouJa Realty. In these varying roles Mr. Tomback has helped his clients translate their business goals and ideas into operational reality.
