Palm Beach County’s Leader

Some of the firm’s prior successes at positioning/repositioning properties have occurred in some of Palm Beach County’s most noteworthy transactions, including:

  • The $34 Million purchase and subsequent $75 Million sale of Golden Bear Plaza, a 246,000 square foot office complex in Palm Beach Gardens. Once purchased, the company supervised the multimillion dollar revitalization, repositioning and strategic leasing, and then advised on the sale of the property 2 1/2 years later for $75 Million.
  • Supervised the re-branding, leasing, asset management and sale of the 190,000 square foot Financial Center at the Gardens office building in Palm Beach Gardens, helping the property to almost double in value in two years from $43.5 Million to $78 Million and advising both seller and new buyer.
  • The firm oversaw the development, leasing, marketing, management and sale of Fairway Office Center, the Smart Park at PGA, for a client. The three-building complex sold for $70 Million with a total cost of approximately $41 Million.
