Mr. Paige specializes in representation of institutional landlords and corporate tenant representation. Mr. Paige also has extensive experience representing buyers and sellers in commercial sales transactions.

Mr. Paige's brokerage career started at NAI Merin Hunter Codman in 1986 where he quickly became one of West Palm Beach's top commercial brokers. After leaving NAI/Merin Hunter Codman in 1998, Mr. Paige continued his brokerage career with Crocker Realty Trust, Jones Lang LaSalle and Stiles Realty. Over the past twenty-five years Mr. Paige has been responsible for completing over 500 sales and leasing transactions valued in excess of $300,000,000. In the past Mr. Paige has represented the following institutional clients: TA Associates Realty, JP Morgan, ING, Apollo Real Estate, Koger Equity Trust, and MetLife.

Mr. Paige received his B.S. degree in Business Administration from Boston University in 1976 (Cum Laude). Mr. Paige has also attended various courses at the Real Estate Institute of New York University and the Commercial Investment Real Estate Council (CCIM).
