Background & Experience

Mr. O’Hara joined NAI/Merin Hunter Codman, Inc. in 2010. Prior to joining NAI/Merin Hunter Codman, Inc, Mr. O’Hara was First Vice President for CB Richard Ellis for ten years as an office property specialist, specifically Landlord and Tenant representation and investment transactions in Palm Beach County and Broward counties.

Over the last 28 years, Mr. O’Hara has been responsible for the leasing and/or management of approximately 8 million square feet of office, industrial and flex properties throughout South Florida.
