Background Experience
Mr. Grossman joined NAI/Merin Hunter Codman, Inc. in 2010. Most recently, Mr. Grossman worked for American Commercial Realty as the Senior Leasing Associate responsible for overseeing the leasing and marketing of seven shopping centers located throughout the state containing approximately 800,000 square feet. In addition to his leasing responsibilities, Mr. Grossman assisted in the acquisition, disposition and refinancing processes by providing due diligence services such as: cash flow modeling of prospective purchases through Excel and Argus, lease abstracting and tenant interviews. Prior to joining American Commercial Realty, Mr. Grossman worked at Marcus & Millichap as an analyst providing underwriting services as well as market research for listed properties.
