Mrs.
Griner is currently responsible for management of office and
retail properties in Palm Beach County totaling 556,000 SF as
well as management and leasing of an Executive Suite operation
consisting of 24 offices.
Background
& Experience
Mrs.
Griner joined NAI/Merin Hunter Codman, Inc. in 1993 with five
years prior experience acquired from the management and
disposition of real estate owned (REO) properties on behalf of
financial institutions.
Prior to joining NAI/Merin Hunter Codman, Mrs. Griner was a Real
Estate Assistant in the REO Department for Midlantic Financial
Services Corporation. Ms.
Griner assisted in the day-to-day management of a 70 million
dollar portfolio of real estate owned by the bank reporting
directly to the Vice President.
Education
Mrs. Griner has held an active Florida Real Estate Salesman’s License since 1990 and is also a CPM Candidate.
