Background Experience
Mr. Dinsdale joined NAI/Merin Hunter Codman, Inc. in October 2009. He has been in the real estate business for over 5 years. Prior to joining NAI/Merin Hunter Codman, Inc., Mr. Dinsdale was a commercial associate with Applefield Waxman Commercial Real Estate, Inc. Previous to his career in commercial real estate, Mr. Dinsdale owned a title/abstracting company that served clients from Miami to Martin County, which he sold in 2005. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate, a council member of the Young Professionals of the Northern Palm Beach County Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Economic Forum of Palm Beach County, and a memberof Palm Beach County's Business Development Board. Over the past three years, Mr. Dinsdale has been responsible for the leasing and/or sale of over 265,000 square feet totaling $16.4 million.
