Mr. Dinsdale specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial and office properties in Palm Beach County.
Background Experience
Mr. Dinsdale joined NAI/Merin Hunter Codman, Inc. in October 2009. He has been in the real estate business for over six years. Prior to joining NAI/Merin Hunter Codman, Inc., Mr. Dinsdale was a commercial associate with Applefield Waxman Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. Previous to his career in commercial real estate, Mr. Dinsdale owned a title/abstracting company that served clients from Miami to Martin County, which he sold in 2005. Over the past five years, Mr. Dinsdale has been responsible for the leasing and/or sale of over 375,000 square feet totaling over $20 million and has handled leasing & management of over 650,000 square feet of office and industrial space. Mr. Dinsdale was awarded the CoStar Power Broker Award for Industrial Leasing Transactions in 2010.
Education
Mr. Dinsdale attended the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington where he majored in Business Management with a finance focus.
