Mr. Havens is responsible for the maintenance and engineering of our properties as well as overseeing the Energy Star and the U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) program.
Background
& Experience
Mr. Havens has joined NAI/Merin Hunter Codman, Inc. in October 2009. Mr. Havens has over 10 years of construction and engineering experience. Mr. Havens had started his engineering and construction background as a consulting Bridge Engineer for Florida’s Turnpike. Since then Mr. Havens has worked with numerous national, as well as, international builders and developers in both the residential and commercial markets.
Education
Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the FAMU/FSU College of Engineering, Tallahassee, Florida.
