Background & Experience
Mr. Rosenfeld joined NAI/Merin Hunter Codman, Inc. in July 2009. Most recently, Mr. Rosenfeld was a Vice President at CB Richard Ellis in the Retail Services Group where his primary focus was landlord representation for local and national companies in the leasing, marketing, acquisition, and disposition of retail properties throughout South Florida. Mr. Rosenfeld also has an excellent reputation and experience representing premier retail tenants throughout South Florida. Prior to relocating to South Florida in 2001, Mr. Rosenfeld served as an Associate in Insignia/ESG's New York headquarters' office where his responsibilities included exposure to such prestigious landlord representation assignments as 3 New York Plaza, 25 Broadway, 99 Wall Street, 1 State Street Plaza, 11 Park Place, 665 Broadway, 141 Livingston Street, 207 Front Street, 250 Livingston Street, and 19 Fulton Street. Prominent tenant representation assignments included AMBAC Securities, Sage Cleaning, UCLA DiBella Entertainment, Hornblower and Weeks, and Equity Office Group. Over the past 14 years, Mr. Rosenfeld has leased over 12 million square feet of space valued at over $163 million dollars.
Education
Mr. Rosenfeld earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Goucher College/John Hopkins University. He was also a Maryland scholar Athlete.
