Background & Experience
Ms. LaMonica joined NAI/Merin Hunter Codman, Inc. in 2006 as Controller and was promoted to Vice President of Finance in November 2008. Ms. LaMonica has over 15 years of accounting experience. Most recently she was Property Management Accounting Manager for a commercial real estate property owner in Palm Beach.
Ms. LaMonica's responsibilities include:
Supervising daily financial functions
Review property financial
statements
Assist in financial analysis of acquisitions
Supervise annual budgeting for property management
Coordinate tax appeals and insurance placement
Education
Ms. LaMonica graduated from Florida Atlantic University with two Bachelors of Business Administration Degrees; one in Finance and the other in Real Estate.
