Scope of Services |
Currently Mr. Jones is responsible for the overseeing the management of office and retail properties in Palm Beach County. His responsibilities include preparation of annual budgets, asset reviews, annual business plans, financial reporting, tenant relations, client relations and lease administration.

Background & Experience |
Mr. Jones joined NAI/Merin Hunter Codman, Inc. in 2004 and was promoted to Vice President of Property Management in 2006. Mr. Jones brings over fourteen years of property management experience, and more than nine years of sales and leasing experience. Most recently, Mr. Jones was a property manager in Atlanta with CB Richard Ellis. Previous employers have included Transamerica Intellitech, The Landmarks Group and Wilmar Realty Services, Inc.
