Ms. Armstrong is currently responsible for a diverse portfolio with a combination of properties including professional, commercial office buildings, retail plazas, light industrial/warehouses, and a large property owners' association in Palm Beach County.
Background & Experience
Ms. Armstrong joined NAI/Merin Hunter Codman, Inc. in 2009. Ms. Armstrong has more than seventeen (17) years of experience in property and facility management including medical, governmental, commercial office, retail, residential, industrial, and property owner association management. Prior to NAI/Merin Hunter Codman, Inc., Ms. Armstrong was Director of Property Management for Catalfumo Management and Investment, and for Good Samaritan Hospital and its affiliates.
