Mr. Sundook specializes in the sale, leasing, and strategic marketing of commercial office properties as well as the representation of commercial office tenant.

Background
& Experience |
A native of Boston, Mr. Sundook was a successful real estate agent with The Codman Company, where he was awarded the Builders Association of Greater Boston Salesperson of the Year Award. Later, he worked with McFarland Associates for several years as a commercial real estate agent, specializing in Downtown Boston properties. In 1993, he relocated to West Palm Beach and joined NAI/Merin Hunter Codman, Inc. In 2000, Mr. Sundook received the prestigious Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designation. In January of 2004, Mr. Sundook became Vice President and shareholder in NAI/Merin Hunter Codman, Inc. He currently oversees the leasing and marketing of over 1,500,000 square feet of office buildings in Palm Beach County.

A graduate of the University of New Hampshire Whitemore School of Business, Mr. Sundook is currently active in the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches, Palm Beach County Business Development Board, Palms West Chamber of Commerce and North Palm Beaches Chamber of Commerce, PGA Corridor Association.
