Mr. Knott specializes in the sale and leasing of office, retail and industrial properties in Palm Beach County. Mr. Knott was awarded the "Deal Maker Award" for the industrial deal of the year by the Realtors Commercial Society of Palm Beach County.

Background & Experience |
Mr. Knott joined NAI/Merin Hunter Codman, Inc. in August 2007. Mr. Knott has over seventeen (17) years of experience in commercial real estate. Most recently, Mr. Knott was a Principal with Applefield Waxman Commercial Real Estate in Palm Beach Gardens where he specialized in the sale and leasing office and industrial properties. Prior to that, he specialized in commercial transactions and financial analysis for a publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) in Rockville, Maryland. Mr. Knott has been involved in over 500 sale and lease transactions with total consideration exceeding $200 million. A partial list of clients include Broadway Partners, BH Properties, Carlyle Group, Tenet Healthcare, United States Army Corps of Engineers, United States Postal Service, Denholtz Associates, Wells Fargo, PNC Bank, Ciena Capital, Ocwen, Fairway Capital Partners, Rave LLC, and Clark Construction.

Mr. Knott attended Montgomery College in Rockville, Maryland where he majored in Business Administration.
