Yeatts is currently responsible for a Golden Bear Plaza, a Class
"A" office complex containing three office towers in
Palm Beach Gardens and Village Square Shopping Center in
Tequesta and Shoppes at Jupiter Yacht Club in Jupiter, both
retail centers.

& Experience
Ms. Yeatts joined NAI/Merin Hunter Codman, Inc. in July 2007 as a Senior Property Manager. Ms. Yeatts has over 14 years of commercial property management experience and has managed over 4,000,000 square feet of space. Most recently, Ms. Yeatts was a senior property manager with Colliers Arnold in Tampa, Florida. Former employers also include Harbert Realty Services, Carter & Associates, Grubb & Ellis and The Sembler Company.
