Background & Experience
Mr. Everett joined NAI/Merin Hunter Codman, Inc. in August 2005. He began his real estate career in 1993. A partial representative list of past and current clients includes: JP Morgan, TA Associates, BH Properties, Carlyle Group, Transwestern Investment Company, PS Business Parks, Primegro Strand, LLC, Gables Residential Trust, Apartment Realty Advisors, Trammell Crow Residential, Bluegreen Corporation, AMB Property Co., RREEF, CAPROC and Norwich, LLC. Throughout his career Mr. Everett has completed transactions with a total value of more than $250,000,000. In December 2004, Mr. Everett earned and was awarded the distinguished and prestigious designation of SIOR, by the Society of Office and Industrial Realtors. In 1996 He was awarded the CB Richard Ellis Rookie of the Year. In 2007 and 2009 he was the top performing broker for NAI/Merin Hunter Codman, Inc. and awarded Broker of the Year.

 
Education
Mr. Everett graduated from Northfield Mt. Hermon School and The University of Vermont where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre. He later studied for one year at the prestigious JoAnne Baron Studio Conservatory for Method Acting in Los Angeles.
