Currently Ms. Kingree is responsible for four Class "A" office buildings in West Palm Beach.
Background & Experience
Ms. Kingree joined NAI/Merin Hunter Codman, Inc. in July 2005 as a Senior Property Manager. Ms. Kingree brings over 17 years of experience in the commercial property industry. Most recently, Ms. Kingree was the property manager for Equity Office in West Palm Beach, Florida at One Clearlake Centre.
Her responsibilities include the following:
Preparation of annual budgets
Preparation of asset reviews
Preparation of annual business plan
Financial reporting
Tenant relations
Client relations
Lease administration
Tenant improvements
