West Palm Beach, Fla. --NAI/Merin Hunter Codman, the largest commercial brokerage firm in Palm Beach County, today announced that it has leased 10,000 square feet of Class-A office space at Fountain Square in Boca Raton to Rehmann. Rehmann, headquartered in Michigan, is one of the largest CPA, business consulting and wealth management firms in the Midwest with more than 600 professionals in 16 offices. The firm plans to expand considerably into South Florida, with the new Boca Raton office following quickly on the heels of a Miami office opening in May. Collectively, the two offices bring $300 million of assets under management to the region. The Boca Raton office plans to increase that number significantly, seeking to add 20 high-end wealth management advisors to its new Fountain Square office, bringing much-needed job formation to Palm Beach County.

Fountain Square is located on Military Trail between Glades and Yamato Roads in a high-trafficked area. Rehmann is taking the entire first floor in one building of the three-building, 244,000 square-foot complex. The complex also includes an on-site café, on-site banking, and is institutionally owned, all factors that played a role in the site selection.
Rehman, with its prominent reputation in tax and estate issues, plans to leverage those capabilities, combining them with its wealth management services as it has done in its Midwest offices.

The new Boca Raton office, at 2700 N. Military Trail, now rounds out the firm’s South Florida presence.
The firm is now embarking on what it expects to be a six- to ten-month hiring plan to add approximately 20 highly experienced wealth management advisors.
