West Palm Beach, Fla.--Jay M. Grossman, President, NAI/Merin Hunter Codman, the largest commercial real estate brokerage firm in Palm Beach County, Florida, announced that Spencer Grossman has joined the firm as a Senior Commercial
Associate in the Retail Services Group. Previously, Mr. Grossman worked for American
Commercial Realty as a Senior Leasing Associate where he was responsible for
overseeing the leasing and marketing of seven shopping centers in Florida and assisted
in the acquisition, disposition and refinancing processes. Over the past year and a half,
Mr. S. Grossman leased approximately 130,000 square feet of retail space, with a lease
value of approximately $3.5M. Prior to this he worked as part of a brokerage team at
Marcus and Millichap in Fort Lauderdale providing financial analysis and brokerage
services. At NAI/Merin Hunter Codman, Mr. Grossman will specialize in retail landlord
and tenant representation.
