O’Hara has joined the firm as a Managing Director. Mr. O’Hara leaves CB Richard Ellis after ten years as First Vice President. His primary focus was landlord and tenant representation of office properties and investment transactions in Palm Beach County. Steve will work from the firms Boca Raton office and spearhead the continuing expansion of the company’s efforts in regards to office and industrial landlord services. Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Mr. O’Hara was the Regional Manager for Florida Real Estate Advisors for seven years overseeing the leasing and property management of 1.5 million square feet of office space. Prior to joining Florida Real Estate Advisors, O’Hara was the Regional Manager for the Paragon Group, Inc. for seven years overseeing the leasing and property management of over 2 million square of office and industrial space. Over the last 28 years, Mr. O’Hara has been responsible for the leasing and management of over 6 million square feet of major office properties in and around South Florida.
