County, Florida, today announced that Ryan R. Dinsdale has joined the firm as a Senior Commercial Associate. Mr. Dinsdale leaves Applefield Waxman Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. after four years as a Commercial Associate. Previously, Mr. Dinsdale owned a title/abstracting company that served clients from Miami to Martin County, which he sold in 2005. Over the past three years, Mr. Dinsdale has been responsible for the leasing and/or sale of over 240,000 square feet totaling $8.3 million.
