County, Florida, today announced that Orin Rosenfeld has
joined the firm as a Managing Director. Mr. Rosenfeld leaves
CB Richard Ellis after six years as Vice President, Retail
Services Group. His primary focus was landlord representation
of retail properties for local and national companies
throughout South Florida. Additionally, Mr. Rosenfeld has an
extensive background representing premier retail tenants and
has been responsible for the leasing of over 1,000,000 square
feet of retail space throughout South Florida.
Responsibilities for landlord representation have included
functioning as liaison for ownership in dealing with third
party services including legal, architectural, and
construction services. Over the past 13 years, Mr. Rosenfeld
has leased over 10 million square feet of space valued at over
$200 million dollars.
