NAI/Merin Hunter Codman, Inc., one of Florida's leading commercial real estate firms, currently has an opening for a
Receptionist/Administrative Assistant in our Palm Beach Gardens location. This position will perform reception duties as well as providing administration assistance to executives and property management staff. Administrative duties include handling tenant requests, including tracking requests, coordinating repairs with maintenance staff and vendors, maintaining insurance files, processing a/p and general filing.
Ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills required
- Excellent organizational skills
- A self starter who can manage multiple projects and prioritize
- Ability to work independently with deadlines
- Intermediate to Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
